1. Landlords
If previous tenants have vacated the property, leaving their belongings behind, we aim to clear the house as quickly as possible. enabling a new tenancy to be arranged without delay.
We can clear everything that the tenants have caused damage to or left in an untidy state, One of our representatives can meet with you or your letting agent to view the property. Alternatively, we offer a key collection service, e-mailed quotes and invoices, and payments can be taken over the phone by debit or credit card.

2. Tenants
If you are the tenants approaching the end of your tenancy agreement, we understand that you might need the property cleared quickly and at short notice, so as to avoid additional rent payments. .
We advise all tenants to clarify the time of day that their tenancy ends. Some agreements may terminate at the beginning of the day rather than the end. In any case we recommend that the clearance work be completed on or prior to your penultimate day at the property to ensure that any work can be carried out on time, and to avoid unnecessary stress.
